Entry fees: £7 per event and £8 per 400m event.
Gala entry fees are to be paid to the annual membership account (40469955) and add the swimmers name and GALA as the ref.
Please make entry fee payment when submitting the entry form.
Warm up / session times are:
Saturday & Sunday
Warm Up – 8.00am & 12:30pm
Start – 9.00 am and 1.30pm
-Entry to the Pool area will not be before 7:45 am.
Tea/Coffee and Lunch will be available on first floor in the Club room for Coaches and Officials.
Spectators:
-Entry for Spectators will not be before 8.00 am

Start sheets will be available at the start of each session to purchase for 50p
Car parking: There is free parking next to the Louisa Centre, but time restricted length of stay parking in Asda, Aldi and Iceland car parks.

Café: The in-house café is closed due to refurbishment works being carried out. There is a café in Asda directly opposite.
NESS Swimshop will be available all weekend in the main Reception area.

Medals: Once the results are displayed, Medals will be available from the medal desk situated just outside the changing Village.
With it being our Christmas Cracker gala, Swimmers who win their heat, will receive a Token which can then be redeemed for a Selection box at the medal desk.
